I am at the stage where I have fully embraced the season, in my kitchen at least. I do not appreciate the super chilly weather but at least there are cute coats and boots to look forward to.
Here is a very simple fruit dip that takes minutes to prepare and will be a huge hit wherever you go. My two tiny taste testers went crazy over it with apples for dipping but I can imagine using graham crackers or whatever else you like to scoop it up. I may sub vanilla yogurt in the place of the cream cheese next time just to try it out. This is a reasonably healthy and tasty snack you and your little ones will both love.

- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- ¾ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1tsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
- Beat all ingredients together. Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers or your choice of dippers.

I would probably eat it all with a teaspoon – it seems delicious!

Thanks! Do you know this was my first time making/tasting it? I have been missing out.
