I first made these over the summer after coming across something on Pinterest. They were a huge hit at our end of the summer BBQ. It is the perfect hybrid of Smores and a chocolate chip cookie. They do take a bit longer than a traditional cookie due to being cooked on another cookie but it isn’t a really big deal. They are definitely worth it in the end for sure!
Smore Chocolate Chip Cookies

Your favorite chocolate chip recipe
Graham crackers (enough for each cookie)
Hershey’s chocolate squares (one for each cookie)
Mini Marshmallows (about 3 per cookie)
Directions
- Mix up your favorite chocolate cookie recipe
- Cover a cookie sheet with a layer of Graham crackers (I used honey ones)
- Place about a Tbs of cookie dough in the center of each Graham cracker (please be exact to make sure cookie stays on when it spreads)
- Bake cookies about half the recommended time and check for how far along they are.
- If they are near finished add a square of chocolate and three mini marshmallows and press in.
- Complete baking till chocolate cookies are completely cooked
- Allow to cool on rack
