I don’t always eat chocolate,but when I do I prefer Symphony! 😉 I actually thought of these cookies a very long time ago and decided to revisit them to share. They have all the charm of a chocolate chip cookie with a little something extra. I also tried an experiment where I did all the components separately (milk chocolate chips, toffee bits and almond pieces) which was also very tasty but this version is less expensive and time consuming. For this time around I used the old standby of Toll House Cookie recipe and just did the add ins. You can feel free to use your favorite cookie recipe. Try them and I am sure you will be glad you did.
