Easter was approaching and I was longing to stray from the traditional ham. I found some beautiful Spareribs and inspiration hit. I made a traditional Korean Bulgogi marinade and an nontraditional Easter dinner was born.

  • 1 cup soy sauce (I used low sodium)

  • 3 cloves garlic (diced)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger root (diced)

  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (or to taste)

Directions

  • Clean and prep desired amount of ribs (I had around 2lbs).
  • Dice garlic and ginger very finely.
  • Measure and add all ingredients.
  • Pour over ribs and allow to marinate at least overnight.
  • Grill over low heat till cooked through (approximately 40-45 min)

Notes

  • *Note – Feel free to adjust marinade ingredients based on your own liking.
  • You can also cook these in an oven if grilling is not possible/your thing. 🙂

  1. These look fantastic! I made some spareribs the other night that were a huge success. It was fun to make them at home – I’ll never order them takeout again!

    • Hi Jessica! Thanks you! Spare Ribs are a weakness of mine 😉 These are SO much better than any take out, hope you like them. PS the longer they marinate the better. 🙂

  2. This was tasty!!
