Easter was approaching and I was longing to stray from the traditional ham. I found some beautiful Spareribs and inspiration hit. I made a traditional Korean Bulgogi marinade and an nontraditional Easter dinner was born.
Bulgogi Style Spareribs

Ingredients
- Spareribs (about 2lbs)
- Marinade
- 1 cup soy sauce (I used low sodium)
- 2-3 cloves garlic (diced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger root (diced)
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
- Clean and prep desired amount of ribs (I had around 2lbs).
- Dice garlic and ginger very finely.
- Measure and add all ingredients.
- Pour over ribs and allow to marinate at least overnight.
- Grill over low heat till cooked through (approximately 40-45 min)
Notes
Feel free to adjust marinade ingredients based on your own liking.
You can also cook these in an oven if grilling is not possible/your thing.
