Coconut Almond Butter
Serves: 8
  • 2 cups Raw Almonds (I roasted mine in the oven)
  • 1Tbs Coconut Oil
  • ¾ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Cinnamon (to taste) *Optional
  1. Roast the almonds carefully in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes
  2. Cool Almonds and add salt and cinnamon (if using)
  3. Add to food processor and blend till smooth
  4. Add Coconut Oil and process to incorporate.
